  • Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Advanced Options

  • Make sure the “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP) Properties” is set to “Automatic” and click “OK”.

  • Ensure that the “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) Properties” is also set to “Enabled”.

  • Restart your computer.

Method 3: Use Network Troubleshooter

Method 4: Check Network Adapter Properties

  • Right-click on the network adapter in the Device Manager (e.g., Ethernet, Wi-Fi)

  • Click on “Properties”

  • Click on “Advanced” tab

  • Make sure that “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP)” is set to “Obtained from server” and not “Auto”.

  • Check if the issue is resolved.
